1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website brownwoodinteriors.com, our design estimate engines, physical consultation sessions at the M3M Broadway Experience Centre, and any interior design, architectural, manufacturing, or turnkey execution contracts entered into with Brownwood Interior & Infrastructure ("Brownwood," "we," "our," or "us").

By browsing this website, requesting a consultation, booking a showroom slot, or signing an execution agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services & Execution Model

Brownwood operates an integrated dual-execution model combining automated off-site factory joinery with turnkey on-site architectural and civil management.

• Estimates & Calculators: Initial figures generated through online price calculators or website forms serve solely as preliminary budgetary estimates and do not constitute a legally binding offer until a site laser survey is conducted and an itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ) is finalized.
• BOQ Specification Lock: All project agreements are governed by an itemized BOQ detailing substrate grades (e.g., HDMR, BWP), surface finishes (e.g., PU lacquer, acrylic, laminate), and hardware brands (e.g., Blum, Hettich).
• Design Revisions: 3D CAD models and spatial walkthroughs are refined in close coordination with the client prior to factory production sign-off. Post-approval structural changes may affect timeline and cost schedules.

3. Project Timelines & Handover Schedule

We provide transparent, milestone-backed delivery cycles (typically 45–60 business days for standard residential interiors), subject to the following prerequisites:

• Unrestricted site access and essential utility availability (continuous electricity and water supply).
• Timely sign-off on 2D/3D working drawings, material swatches, and color codes.
• Adherence to the milestone payment schedule as agreed upon in the primary project contract.

4. Payment Terms & Milestone Schedule

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a customized agreement, turnkey interior projects adhere to a structured, stage-gate payment model:

• Booking & Design Advance: Initial token fee to initiate digital site surveys, laser audits, and 3D architectural visualization.
• Production Sign-Off: Milestone payment prior to procuring raw substrates and commencing off-site CNC panel slicing and PUR edge-banding.
• On-Site Dispatch & Civil Works: Staged disbursements tied to material delivery at the site and concurrent civil/false ceiling progress.
• Final Quality Handover: Final settlement upon completion of joinery assembly, electrical load checks, deep cleaning, and punch-list resolution.

5. 10-Year Structural Warranty Policy

Brownwood provides a 10-Year Structural Warranty on all factory-manufactured modular carcasses (kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and modular storage units), subject to the terms below:

• Coverage: Protection against manufacturing defects, delamination under standard usage, structural bending, and integrity failure of specified board substrates.
• Hardware & Accessories: Hardware components (hinges, tandem boxes, lift-ups, sliding tracks) carry the direct manufacturer warranty provided by brands such as Blum or Hettich.
• Exclusions: Damage resulting from prolonged untreated water seepage (non-plumbing structural leaks from builder walls), physical misuse, third-party alterations, or natural wear and tear of surface polishes is not covered.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content, design concepts, architectural blueprints, photographs, 3D renderings, video logs, graphics, and brand trademarks featured on this website are the intellectual property of Brownwood Interior & Infrastructure.

Unauthorized duplication, distribution, framing, or commercial use of our proprietary media and project portfolios without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Brownwood shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from third-party builder delays, structural society restrictions, or utility disruptions beyond our direct operational control.

These Terms and all project agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
